This Privacy Policy explains how PZRO Labs LLC (“PZRO Labs,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit pzrolabs.com or use any of our products, includingTurboCast, Cabana, and GameHero(the website and all of our products together, the “Services”). Where a product publishes its own privacy policy, that policy applies to the product and supplements this one.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details such as your name, email address, and password when you sign up for a product.
- Content you create or upload in a product, such as podcast episodes, time-off requests, or team schedules.
- Messages you send us, including support requests and anything you include in an email.
- Billing details. Payments are handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe or Apple); we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs.
- Product usage and diagnostic data used to keep the Services reliable and to fix problems.
- Cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences. This website does not use advertising cookies.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Services you use.
- To respond to you and provide customer support.
- To process payments and send transactional messages such as receipts and account notices.
- To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers that host, store, process payments, send email, or provide analytics on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
- Other users you choose to share with, such as teammates in Cabana or players and parents in GameHero.

- Business transfers: if a product or the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterward only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting, or security requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can access, update, export, or delete your account information from within each product, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the GDPR or California law), including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a product such as GameHero is used to organize youth teams, accounts are held and managed by adults (coaches, managers, or parents). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. By using the Services, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
